From my kitchen
to a good cause.
Hi! I’m Jemima, and I’m using my passion for baking to help raise money for CoppaFeel! a breast cancer awareness charity. My interest in baking and cooking really grew during my time at university, where I started spending more time experimenting in the kitchen and trying out new recipes. I particularly enjoy making things I haven’t tried before, learning new techniques, and sharing what I’ve made with others.
Outside of the kitchen, I enjoy running and reading. More recently, I’ve also started trying my hand at gardening and growing some of my own food. I’m still very much a beginner and have lots to learn, but I’ve really enjoyed getting started.
About CoppaFeel:
CoppaFeel! is a breast cancer awareness charity with a mission to ensure that breast cancers in young people are diagnosed early and accurately. They encourage people to get to know their bodies and check their chest regularly, educate young people about the signs and symptoms of breast cancer, and empower them to seek advice from their GP if they notice anything unusual. Through their work in schools, universities, communities and heathcare settings, CoppaFeel aims to raise awareness and help give everyone the best possible chance of early diagnosis. I’m proud to be supporting such an important charity through my fundraising and look forward to running the Royal Parks Half Marathon!
